![]() She plans to go to school to be an architect or engineer. Sherlyn is also a dedicated volunteer at the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen, CYO Broad Street Summer Camp, and at the Mercer County Park. With a GPA of 3.95, Sherlyn balances her academics with several extracurricular activities at school – she is a member of the softball team, cheer squad, and robotics team. The second Scholarship recipient, Sherlyn Rodriguez, is a senior at Trenton Catholic Preparatory Academy. Because of this experience, Zainab hopes to become proficient in Arabic so that she can work with refugees in her career. As a member of the National Honor Society, Zainab also partakes in the peer leadership program, and works with the Helping Hands Foundation.
